An online real estate marketplace that enables property owners, builders, brokers, developers, landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers to list, advertise, search, buy, sell, lease, or rent residential, commercial, industrial, and investment properties.

D. Buynlist
An online classified and marketplace platform facilitating the advertisement, listing, purchase, sale, exchange, donation, or transfer of new and pre-owned products and services.

E. Emplook
An employment and recruitment platform connecting employers, recruiters, consultants, staffing agencies, job seekers, freelancers, interns, and professionals for employment opportunities.

These Terms shall apply collectively to all present and future services, brands, websites, mobile applications, digital platforms, software, products, and business operations owned or operated by White Fox Enterprise.

2. ELIGIBILITY TO USE SERVICES
You represent and warrant that: You are at least eighteen (18) years of age. You possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements. You are not prohibited from using the services under any applicable law. All information submitted by You is accurate, truthful, current, and complete.

White Fox Enterprise reserves the right to deny, limit, suspend, or terminate access to any individual or entity without prior notice where it reasonably believes such access violates these Terms or applicable laws.

3. USER ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Certain services may require User registration. By creating an account, the User agrees: To maintain accurate account information. To keep login credentials confidential. 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property associated with White Fox Enterprise and its business divisions, including but not limited to: Trademarks Logos Brand names Trade dress Graphics Software Databases Source code Text content Designs Layouts Marketing materials shall remain the exclusive property of White Fox Enterprise unless otherwise expressly stated. No User shall reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, sell, license, publish, transmit, or commercially exploit any Company intellectual property without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal proceedings and claims for damages.

6. TERMS APPLICABLE TO DREAMCART
Dreamcart provides professional marketing and branding services to clients. Client Responsibilities Clients shall: Provide lawful content and materials. Ensure ownership or proper licensing of submitted content. Provide timely approvals and feedback. Make payments according to agreed contractual terms. Ownership of Deliverables Unless otherwise agreed in writing: Ownership transfers only after full payment. Draft concepts remain the property of Dreamcart. Dreamcart retains rights to underlying creative methodologies, templates, frameworks, and proprietary processes. The Company may showcase completed projects within portfolios, presentations, proposals, and marketing materials unless restricted by written agreement.

7. TERMS APPLICABLE TO WHITE FOX OOH ADVERTISING Advertisers are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, and regulatory compliance of advertisements submitted. The Company reserves the absolute right to reject, suspend, remove, or modify any advertisement that: Violates law; Contains misleading claims; Infringes third-party rights; Contains offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content. Advertising inventory, placements, durations, and locations remain subject to availability and operational requirements. The Company does not guarantee specific advertising results, impressions, conversions, sales, revenue increases, or business outcomes.

8. TERMS APPLICABLE TO WISHDOR
Marketplace Status WishDor functions solely as an online intermediary platform. White Fox Enterprise is not: A property owner; Real estate broker; Property dealer; Legal advisor; Financial institution; Valuation service provider. Listing Responsibility Users posting property listings represent and warrant that: They possess legal authority regarding the property. Information provided is accurate and current. Listings do not infringe third-party rights. No Transaction Guarantee White Fox Enterprise does not guarantee: Ownership authenticity; Regulatory approvals; Property condition; Investment returns; Transaction completion; Buyer or seller legitimacy. Users are solely responsible for conducting due diligence before entering any property transaction.

9. TERMS APPLICABLE TO BUYNLIST
Buynlist operates only as a digital marketplace and communication platform. Seller Responsibilities Sellers are solely responsible for: Product ownership. Product descriptions. Pricing. Product quality. Legal compliance. Delivery arrangements. Buyer Responsibilities Buyers must independently verify: Product condition; Authenticity; Ownership; Functionality; Suitability. Prohibited Listings The following are strictly prohibited: Illegal goods. Stolen products. Counterfeit items. Controlled substances. Weapons. Restricted materials. Fraudulent products. Content violating applicable law. The Company reserves the right to remove any listing without explanation. Transaction Disclaimer White Fox Enterprise is not a buyer, seller, agent, broker, distributor, or payment guarantor. All transactions occur directly between Users at their own risk.

10. TERMS APPLICABLE TO EMPLOOK
Emplook is a technology platform facilitating interaction between recruiters and candidates. Employer Obligations Employers shall ensure that: Job postings are lawful. Employment opportunities genuinely exist. Compensation information is not misleading. Recruitment activities comply with applicable employment laws. Job Seeker Obligations Candidates shall ensure that: Information submitted is accurate. Qualifications are genuine. Documents are authentic. Employment Disclaimer White Fox Enterprise: Does not guarantee employment. Does not guarantee interview opportunities. Does not verify every employer. Does not verify every applicant. Does not act as an employment agency unless expressly stated. Employment relationships are formed solely between employers and job applicants.

11. USER GENERATED CONTENT LICENSE
Users retain ownership of original content uploaded to the platforms. However, Users grant White Fox Enterprise a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to: Host; Store; Display; Publish; Reproduce; Adapt; Process; Distribute; such content for platform operation, promotion, administration, legal compliance, and business purposes. Users warrant that uploaded content does not violate any third-party rights.

12. PAYMENT TERMS
Where paid services are offered: Fees are payable in the manner specified by the Company. Taxes shall be charged where applicable. Payment obligations are non-cancellable except as expressly stated. Delayed payments may attract service restrictions and legal recovery actions. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing structures at its sole discretion.

13. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
White Fox Enterprise may collect, process, store, analyze, and use personal data for purposes including: Service delivery; Account management; Security; Customer support; Compliance obligations; Marketing communications. Users consent to such collection and use of data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Company's Privacy Policy.

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The platforms may contain links, integrations, advertisements, or services operated by third parties. White Fox Enterprise does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for: Third-party websites; Payment gateways; Service providers; Advertisers; Business partners. Users engage with third parties entirely at their own risk.

15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by law, all services are provided on an "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," and "WITH ALL FAULTS" basis. White Fox Enterprise makes no representation or warranty regarding: Availability; Accuracy; Reliability; Security; Performance; Revenue generation; Employment outcomes; Sales outcomes; Property transactions. No warranty, express or implied, is provided unless required by law.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Fox Enterprise, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, consultants, licensors, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for: Indirect damages; Consequential damages; Incidental damages; Special damages; Loss of profits; Business interruption; Reputational loss; Loss of goodwill; Property disputes; Employment disputes; Marketplace disputes; Data loss. The aggregate liability of White Fox Enterprise shall not exceed the amount paid by the User to the Company during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

17. INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless White Fox Enterprise from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, damages, costs, and legal expenses arising from: Violation of these Terms; Breach of law; User-generated content; Fraudulent conduct; Third-party claims.

18. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
The Company may suspend, restrict, terminate, delete, or block accounts and content without notice where it determines that: Terms have been violated; Fraud is suspected; Legal obligations require action; Platform security is threatened. Such termination shall not affect accrued legal rights. 19. FORCE MAJEURE White Fox Enterprise shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, cyberattacks, internet outages, labor disputes, wars, pandemics, civil unrest, or technological failures.

20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

21. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.

22. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court or tribunal, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. 23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT These Terms, together with any Privacy Policy, Service Agreement, Disclaimer, Refund Policy, or other legal policy published by White Fox Enterprise, constitute the complete agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the services.
